A Legacy of Trust

A jeweller is not chosen the way a shop is chosen. Families come back over decades, and they come back for reasons that have very little to do with the window display.

It comes down to whether the weighing is done in front of you, whether the rate you are quoted is the rate everyone gets that day, and whether the answer to "what will you give me for this old chain" is the same on the day you sell as it sounded on the day you bought.

That is the whole of it. There is no secret to it and no substitute for having done it the same way for a long time.
